Our General Terms of Business1. Placing of Orders and Acceptance of Orders

(purchase orders) are binding offers from the customer to conclude a sales contract with the supplier.
Acceptance by the supplier shall occur exclusively on the basis of our General Terms of Business. We do not recognise terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our terms, unless we have given our express written consent to the applicability thereof.
2. Terms of Delivery
Except where otherwise indicated in the order acknowledgement, delivery „ex warehouse” shall be agreed upon. The delivery shall always occur at the risk of the customer, even if free domicile delivery is agreed upon. At
the customer's request, we shall take out transport insurance for the delivery.
The customer shall bear the cost incurred in this connection. Specified delivery periods shall not be binding and shall only be intended as an approximation.
3. Retention of Title
We shall retain ownership of all delivered goods until complete payment is made. This shall equally apply in the event of reselling by the customer.
Please inform us of any complaints within eight days after receipt of the goods. In the event of justifiable complaints in respect of defects, we shall
send you a replacement. More extensive claims of the customer on any legal basis whatsoever are excluded. We shall not be liable for damage that has not arisen on the delivery item itself. Nor shall we be liable for, in particular, lost profit or other pecuniary losses incurred by the customer.
All illustrations and indications of dimensions and weights in our documents are only intended as an approximation and are not in any way binding.
In all other respects, we shall be liable only in the event of intent or gross negligence.
6. Price, Minimum Order Value and Delivery Costs
Prices are net euro amounts, not including costs of transport and statutory value-added tax.
Delivery costs will vary for each country. Delivery will be by parcel service
7. Terms of Payment
International deliveries shall be made on the basis of advance payment. The customer shall bear the cost of the payment transaction. The goods shall be dispatched after receipt of the full invoice amount. PayPal (Credit Cards) is also an accepted method of payment.
The customer recognises these General Terms of Business when placing an order. The General Terms of Business shall equally apply to future
business transactions between the customer and the supplier, even if no further reference is made to them in an individual case.
We may store your data electronically for processing your orders. We undertake not to pass your data on to third parties. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, suggestions or wishes.
Our registered office is the place of performance. In so far as legally permissible, Rinteln, Germany is agreed to be the place of jurisdiction.
The contract is subject to German law. If individual points are invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract.
